Abalone Cruises provide Harbour tours, cruises, charter / party boats, and fishing boats for any group or individual.

We are a Family owned Company founded by Captain Terry Somers as Kaipara Harbour Cruises over 20 years ago. The Company has now grown to 5 Vessels on 2 different Harbours, with the acquisition of Abalone Cruises Auckland over 10 years ago.

Terry Somers is now joined by his son Andrew, who has a shareholding in the Auckland Company, and runs the Vessels alongside his Father making Abalone Cruises a second generation Company.

Abalone Cruises is still fully owner operated by our Family, and offers many years of cruising experience to make your charter a huge success.

Departing from Z Pier - Westhaven Marina, Abalone Cruises have 5 vessels waiting to take passengers anywhere on Auckland's Waitamata Harbour.
